Thank you for visiting Washington Soricha. Soricha is a cultural center operated by Sorichung enterprise, and is a combination of Korean traditional music theater and Korean traditional tea house. The main goal of Washington Sorichung is to “provide Korean tea and culture”. Soricha will be selling high-end Korean traditional tea and will regularly hold Korean traditional cultural performances. Additionally, we will hold performances from other traditional cultures, western music, and be a space for professional artistic performances. We promise to plan, advertise, and more to make the perfect performance for artists who wish to borrow our location.

Soricha Policy & Promotions
Soricha Store Policy (During COVID-19 Pandemic)
1. If you have traveled an area where there are high amount of COVID-19 cases within 14 days, or if you currently have respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat), please refrain from visiting our store. *****
2. Please keep at least 6ft (2m) away from non-companions. *****
3. Please wear a mask at all times except when you are at your assigned seat. *****
4. When entering our store, please wait for our staff at the front desk. Menu orders are accepted at the front desk.
5. When entering our store, please take your temperature with our staff at the front desk, and hand sanitize with the placed sanitizer.
6. Dear customers with group of 5 or more, please make a reservation beforehand via
our e-mail [email protected] or call 703.642.0020.
7. Please do not leave the assigned seat except when you are using the toilet or cash register.
8. Please refrain from doing actions that might spray your saliva (talking loudly, singing).
9. You can use our indoor facilities for up to 1 hour during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Soricha Store Policy
1. At least one order per person please! *****
2. We do not accept outside food ! *****
3. After 10:30pm (9:30 for Sunday), only certain desserts and drinks will be served in disposable containers.
4. Dear customers with group of 5 or more, please make a reservation beforehand via
our e-mail [email protected] or call 703.642.0020.
We're not able to serve 5+ group unless you reserve seats ahead.
5. Please do not move tables or chairs; if you need extra chairs, please ask for assistance.
6. Families with children, please give extra attention to your children please. We use extremely hot waters when brewing teas and most of our tableware are very delicate ceramics and glassware. Soricha is not responsible for injuries caused by customer's failure.
7. You can find your Wifi password on your receipt
8. Please do not take tableware including decorations or served cups. Ask for assistance if you are not done with your drink.

3. If you get over 100+ point, you will be Soricha membership automatically. Reach 100 points of reward and enjoy soricha's reward benefits. (Soricha offers reward program ofter 100 point)
Coupon Policy
Those that sign up on the Soricha Newsletter randomly gets a 5%-30% coupon every month. The coupon cannot be used with other coupons and can only be used once.
The coupons expire on the last day of the month it is sent on.
Things To Know
1. When drinking flower teas, let it cool for the best flavor.
2. For root/leaf teas, if you want stronger flavor, brew it for longer.(You need over time)
3. For any tea, if you want a lighter flavor, put more water in.
4. The bowl on the table is called the Twae-soo-gi.
It is used for throwing away brewed tea that you don’t want, tea leaves that go on your cup, and water to warm your cup up.
5. If you need more hot water, bring your thermos to the counter then our staffs will fill it up.
6. You can find napkins on the tables near stage, entrance, and counter.
